European Import Specialist

Best spot in town by a country mile. Extremely fair prices and great, timely work that comes with excellent customer service. I was in the loop the whole time my car was being worked on, and it runs fantastic again. This is now my shop for as long as I live down here. Highly recommend..

I had a great experience at European Import Specialist. I stopped by with an issue, and Geri was kind enough to work me into the schedule the very next day. My VW was diagnosed and repaired within just a few hours. What impressed me most was how honest, professional, and understanding Geri was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and was very considerate of my budget, helping me prioritize what needed to be repaired without making me feel overwhelmed. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend European Import Specialist to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate service. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs or maintenance.

Had some issues with my Audi A6. Geri was able to quickly pinpoint the issues and give me a fair breakdown with images of what was going on with my car (the pictures were a huge bonus and helped to build trust). He was able to walk me through a step by step process to address the issues that were most pertinent. I appreciated the honest pricing and his ability to guide me through the best process to get my car running smoothly. I’d recommend anyone to this shop and I thank Geri for his honest work.

I can’t even begin to explain how Geri helped me and my mini cooper! I was visiting friends in the area, about 3 hours from home, when my car was making weird noises and then completely broke down at a gas station. Poor Geri was on my speed dial at this point (and was very responsive both call and text) as this was the second time I had to visit within a week as my car decided to poop out on me all at once! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but answered all my questions and explained what the issues were. Best of all, he gave me a great price for all of it!! He was so flexible with timing and payments, which was huge given I was all over the place with work and my personal life and it felt like life kept shooting me down. Geri helped get my little car back up and running AND, most amazingly of all, was able to diagnose and fix and issue with a loud noise I’d had for MONTHS with no help from not one but TWO mini cooper dealerships and two other mechanics. They had quoted me thousands saying I needed a new transmission but Geri found that the dealership were just idiots and had put too long of a bolt in some engine part, causing the loud noise that literally made my car sound

If you're looking for a mechanic who's honest, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile, European Import Specialist is the place to go. The owner, Geri, is absolutely fantastic. He kept me updated on my car's entire repair, provided incredibly detailed info, and the work was just top notch. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!
